I’m an interior designer. Here are 6 items from West Elm I’d put in my own home this fall.

I always look for dinnerware that’s equal parts practical and beautiful. That’s why I love the Kanto Stoneware dinnerware set.

The glazed finish gives each piece great texture, and the earthy cardamom color is perfect for fall hosting.

I also love that each unique dish has subtle color variation and speckling, so no two pieces are exactly the same.

As a designer, I naturally gravitate toward multifunctional furniture. For example, although this piece is technically sold as a side table, I would also use it for extra seating in a pinch.

One thing West Elm does well is utilizing solid, high-quality wood for many of their pieces. Plus, the rich wood tones in the Colin King acacia-wood side table are a great way to add depth to any room for fall.

I love West Elm’s marble donut trinket tray because the heavy purple-breccia marble feels extra luxurious without a high-end price tag. I also appreciate that each tray has its unique veining.

I would style this on a coffee table or nightstand to add some more personality to a space. The deep tones of purple and red are also a subtle nod to the fall season.

The Monti side tables are a favorite of mine for their earthy, organic finish.

If you gravitate toward a neutral color palette, layering different textures is key to keeping your room from looking too boring. This table is perfect for adding a textural element to a room as the seasons change.

I’ve actually used these tables in three projects so far, so I know firsthand how great the quality is.
