Cross-Dressing Man Attacked by Family Dog After Trying to Kidnap Child

A man posing as a woman has been charged with the attempted kidnap of an 11-year-old boy in Ohio, according to police.

Joshua Freyermuth, a homeless man dressed as a woman, tried to grab the child from his home on Sunday.

Freyermuth tried to lure the child by saying, “I need to talk to you.”

When the child refused the request, the man tried to grab the boy.

However, it wasn’t until the aggressive family dog got involved that the boy was able to escape, the Daily Mail reported.

“When he grabbed my son’s arm, my dog attacked him, and then he stumbled back off the stairs,” Zachery Thurmond, the boy’s father, said.

“He kicked his heels off — my son said he had white high heels on — and then he took off running … down the street,” he added.

Thurmond chased the man down the street.

Freyermuth has denied the charges and is now being held on a $100,000 bond

“I wasn’t even there,” Freyermuth said in court.

“I didn’t kidnap anybody.”

After allegations that the man was forced away by a dog known as “Vicky,” Freyermuth said he had bite marks on him.

Freyermuth is also facing drug charges from an incident two days before the alleged kidnapping.

Drugs including Methamphetamine was found in Freyermuth’s car, police said.

The arrest came following complaints that Freyermuth’s car was prowling the neighborhood attempting to speak to kids.
