Former Secret Service agent and conservative news host Dan Bongino is warning that the safety of former President Donald Trump is compromised due to an “inside threat” within the protective agency.
During Monday’s episode of his show, Bongino suggested that the Republican Nominee is being targeted by professionals who have likely have infiltrated the Secret Service.
He also warned that these threats against the former president are not isolated incidents, but rather a broader effort to stop Trump from returning to the White House by any means necessary.
Bongino bluntly warned that the former president is “being hunted,” outlining the threat of Trump becoming the victim of a successful assassination, RVM News reported.
“So guys, listen this morning, the suspect in the second, sadly, we’ve got to, like, delineate which assassination plot we’re freaking talking about, because President Donald Trump is being hunted,” Bongino stated.
He noted the word “hunted” was deliberate in order to hammer home the seriousness of the situation.
“I use that word deliberately. Some people will know what I mean if they’re listening, some people who really care,” Bongino said.
Bongino said that the individuals targeting Trump are not lone wolves, but rather professionals who have access to sensitive information on the former president’s movements.

“Listen to me. Trump is being hunted by professionals who know exactly what they’re doing, and because I hate teases, is the Secret Service compromised?” Bongino asked.
As we reported last week, many insiders, including Bongino, are raising the possibility that a mole within the e Secret Service.
“Is there a mole, whether intentional or unintentional, in the Secret Service? I’ll talk about that,” Bongino said
He also explained how the Secret Service’s communication system may have been breached, putting Trump in the line of fire.
“Someone, let’s just say, who can be trusted, I spoke to last week at the end of the week, has informed me that their communication system for the Secret Service may be almost entirely compromised,” Bongino claimed.
This breach could give Trump’s enemies a significant advantage.
“In other words, people trying to hunt and kill Donald Trump may know more about what Donald Trump is doing than Donald Trump is doing,” he explained.
Bongino didn’t hold back while criticizing the current leadership of the Secret Service.
“The people in charge of the Secret Service right now are not serious people. The people at the top are too busy trying to cover up their own role in the substandard security plan for President Trump,” Bongino stated.
“Nothing is going to change. We are in real trouble,” Bongino said.
“I’m not trying to scare anyone. I’m not trying to panic anyone. I’m trying to tell you, This isn’t over,” he continued.
Bongino also warned everyone to brace themselves for even more attempts on Trump’s life.
“You thought it was over after the first one we had the second one. You thought it was over after the second one? Folks, there’s more, he is being hunted right now,” he said.
Bongino is well-placed to deliver insights into the challenges facing the Secret Service, with his past remarks drawing attention to potential vulnerabilities, and correctly predicting the second assassination attempt against Trump.
