Former Senator Launches Major Ad Blitz Against Fans Willis Ahead Of Georgia Election

Former U.S. Senator Kelly Loeffler’s conservative advocacy organization has launched a massive six-figure ad blitz against embattled Fulton County Georgia District Attorney Fani Willis. The ads will run down the stretch of the Georgia elections, which projects to be one of the most important swing states in the presidential election.

The Greater Georgia organization has purchased a $100,000 ad buy, which will include digital ads, direct mail and text messages, according to a report from Fox News. The ads will be targeted towards voters in the Atlanta area over the next nine weeks, meaning that they will continue to run until the pivotal election.

In addition to micro targeting campaigns, the organization will also be running a video ad titled “Failed,” which will run on streaming services such as Hulu, Roku and Fubo. It will also be playing on television networks, including Fox News, CNN and WSB-TV.

“On Fani Willis’ watch, dangerous crime is everywhere in Fulton County – murders, rapes, burglaries are all on the rise,” a narrator begins over images of crime scenes and urban decay.

“She’s focused on herself, her political ambitions, high profile prosecutions and profiting off partisan lawfare, all at the expense of families living in fear and innocent lives lost. We deserve a district attorney who will do the job to keep us safe,” the ad continues. It also attacks the embattled district attorney over allegations of misuse of state funds, “wasting” taxpayer money and “pursuing personal ambition over public safety to advance her political career and celebrity.”

Willis, who will be facing off against a Republican challenger in November, rose to national prominence after bringing a sprawling racketeering indictment against former President Donald Trump and a number of his associates due to their legal challenges to the 2020 election.

The Fulton County D.A. is currently fighting to stay on the case after one of Trump’s co-defendants filed a motion to dismiss the case. While a Fulton County judge ruled that Willis can stay on the case, the matter is currently being debated by an appeallate court.

Georgia lawmakers have also opened their own investigation into Willis’ conduct.
