Kylie Minogue announces first US tour since 2011, MSG show. Get tickets

The “tension” has finally been broken.

Kylie Minogue just announced her 2025 ‘Tension Tour,’ aka the ‘Padam Padam’ pop star’s first first full-on North American trek since 2011’s ‘Aphrodite: Les Folies.’

This time around, she’ll dance her way into New York City’s Madison Square Garden on Friday, April 4.

“I can’t wait to share beautiful and wild moments with fans all over the world, celebrating the Tension era and more,” Minogue shared in a statement. “It’s been an exhilarating ride so far and now, get ready for your close up because I will be calling Lights, Camera, Action … and there will be a whole lot of Padaming!”

As of now, she has 16 concerts scheduled in the U.S. and Canada from March through May; all are in support of her forthcoming album “Tension II,” due out Oct. 18.

Earlier this year, the 56-year-old singer staged a variety show residency at Las Vegas’ Voltaire at the Venetian. According to the New York Post’s Sophie Cannon, “Minogue electrified the late night crowd.”

Fans can purchase tickets for all upcoming Kylie Minogue shows on sites like Vivid Seats; the official on-sale for the North American ‘Tension Tour’ dates is Friday, Oct. 11.

Vivid Seats is a secondary market ticketing platform, and prices may be higher or lower than face value, depending on demand.

They have a 100% buyer guarantee that states your transaction will be safe and secure and will be delivered before the event.

Kylie Minogue new music

In 2023, Minogue released her 16th studio album “Tension.”

Comprised of two discs and 14 tracks, the 45-minute offering is full of pop confections that you, ahem, won’t be able to get out of your head.

Kicking off with the slinky “Padam Padam,” Minogue sets an energetic tone that stretches all the way through to the anthemic closer “Somebody To Love.”

This year, she’s dropped a handful of singles ahead of “Tension II” hitting shelves on Oct. 18.

We’re partial to the lively “Lights, Camera, Action,” disco-ish “Edge Of Saturday Night,” radio-friendly “My Oh My,” endlessly catchy “Dance Alone” and country-fried “Midnight Ride” featuring Orville Peck and Diplo.
