Meghan Markle called a ‘demon’ with ‘psycho moments’ by alleged ex-staffers — as others slam ‘untrue’ criticism

Meghan Markle is facing more accusations about her alleged behavior as a boss.

A bombshell new report from the Daily Beast published Wednesday accused Markle, 43, of being a “demon” and allegedly mistreating former employees.

The Duchess of Sussex was particularly blasted by a person who allegedly worked for her and Prince Harry as part of their service at the palace.

“There definitely were bad, very bad, even psycho moments,” they told the Daily Beast. “I witnessed people being chewed up in person and over the phone and made to feel like s–t.”

The source added: “It was an incredibly fraught time and I’m inclined to give her the benefit of the doubt. She has said herself she was suicidal at times.”

Another source who allegedly worked with Markle leading up to her 2018 wedding to Harry, 40, called her a “narcissist.”

“I always thought she was a classic narcissist and getting her staff to tell a magazine how amazing she is only confirms that in my mind,” they said.

“She is lovely when it is all going her way but a demon when the worm turns,” the source added.

A different insider claimed a florist got “screamed at down the phone” for half an hour because they allegedly “posted an insignificant detail online about a bouquet they were working on for Meghan.”

The source said, “They vowed never to work with her again, despite the prestige of having her as a client. If you were working for her, you were often treated like a tradesman who could be treated like s–t.”

The Post has reached out to Markle’s rep for comment.

The Daily Beast’s story comes one day after an Us Weekly report painted Markle in a much more positive light. That article came out after a piece from the Hollywood Reporter called her a “dictator in high heels” who “belittles” her staff.

Ben Browning, who worked on the former actress and Harry’s 2022 Netflix doc, told Us Weekly he had a “positive and supportive” experience working with the couple.

“We all continue to be friends. The narratives we’ve seen suggesting the contrary are untrue,” he added.

Onetime chief of staff Catherine St-Laurent said, “The time I spent working with Prince Harry and Meghan was incredibly meaningful to me.”

Ashley Hansen, the global press secretary for the Sussexes, shared that the couple sent her flowers and care packages, while Markle reached out to her husband, after Hansen took off work for a surgical procedure.

“It meant so much to him and even more to me. You don’t realize how much that kind of kindness and thought means until you need it,” said Hansen.

But in the Hollywood Reporter exposé, sources told a very different story about how Markle allegedly treats the people who work under her.

“She belittles people, she doesn’t take advice,” a source close to the couple alleged. “They’re both poor decision-makers, they change their minds frequently. Harry is a very, very charming person — no airs at all — but he’s very much an enabler. And she’s just terrible.”

“She’s absolutely relentless,” another source claimed. “She marches around like a dictator in high heels, fuming and barking orders. I’ve watched her reduce grown men to tears.”

The former “Suits” actress and her husband have had a high staff turnover throughout the years. Markle’s top aide and private secretary departed in 2021, and last month, the couple’s chief of staff resigned after just three months on the job.

In 2018, Buckingham Palace investigated Markle for her treatment of two royal aides, which was labeled as “bullying behavior.”

The palace never released its findings, but Markle called the claims a “calculated smear campaign.”
