The Post’s official drinking game for the vice presidential debate between JD Vance and Tim Walz

Drink ’em if you got ’em.

Sen. JD Vance (R-Ohio) and Democratic Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz will take center stage Tuesday in what could be the last live showdown between the 2024 Republican and Democratic presidential campaigns, and The Post wants to help you take the edge off with our official drinking game.

Whether you’re a Democrat, Republican or Independent, grab your preferred beverage and a copy of the rules and tune in at 9 p.m. ET.

Play for money, bragging rights, or just for fun. And don’t worry, we’ll make sure you keep hydrated.

Here’s what you will need: water, an alcoholic beverage and liquor of your choice, hot dog water, Kool-Aid, passion fruit, hefeweizen, Diet Mountain Dew and moonshine.

But first! Prepare yourself with The Post’s guide to what to expect; and take a look back at what happened when Trump debated President Biden on June 27 and Harris on Sept. 10.

Good luck!

First, let’s stay hydrated. Take a shot of water …

Whenever someone mentions President Biden.

Every time Walz, Vance or one of the moderators interrupts.

At every mention of “unity,” “bipartisanship” or “coming together.”

Sip your drink of choice …

If Vance accuses the moderators or media of being biased.

Every time Vance or Walz accuses the other of lying or misleading.

When Walz tries to tie the Trump campaign to Project 2025.

Every time a moderator does a fact check.

When abortion, “reproductive rights,” or in-vitro fertilization comes up.

Every time Walz calls Vance or Trump “weird.”
