‘Bachelorette’ Jenn Tran jokes ‘I hate men’ after fiancé Devin Strader dumped her over the phone

Jenn Tran isn’t ready to waltz into another relationship after her romance with Devin Strader wilted for good.

On Wednesday, it was revealed that the 26-year-old was set to be a part of Season 33 of “Dancing With the Stars” alongside partner Sasha Farber.

And while Tran told People magazine she is “excited” to start this new journey, she isn’t looking to spark a showmance anytime soon.

“I’m still very much going through a healing process,” she said, before teasing, “Right now, I hate men, so …”

Of course, Farber, 40, is the exception to that rule. “Besides you,” she exclaimed to the dance pro. “I hate all men besides you.”

These days, Tran is focused on the future after her relationship with her former fiancé took a turn for the worse when “The Bachelorette” cameras went down.

The morning after the pair reunited on “After the Final Rose” for an in-depth conversation on their split, Tran stated she was ready to “move on with my life.”

“It definitely was a moment I’ve been wanting to happen for the past month,” she said about sitting down with Strader, 28, on “Good Morning America” Wednesday. “I just needed to get that off of my chest and start a clean slate.”

Tran then explained why the exes’ reunion was greatly needed.

“Devin and I had gotten engaged back in May and we had just broken up about a month ago,” the reality star said. “And since then, it’s just been off and on and whatnot. So it’s finally nice to get the closure that I finally needed last night.”

After Tran and Strader got engaged in Hawaii, she shared that “nothing had changed” regarding her feelings toward the man she picked.

“I was so happy, so ready to start our life together,” she reflected. “But I had realized that his energy had shifted and his priorities had shifted and he wasn’t the same person he was on the show as off of the show.”

But the New Jersey native picked up on her fiancé’s shift in personality “pretty immediate[ly].”

“I started noticing the efforts were different and the inconsistencies and the things he was promising me and then not fulfilling,” added Tran. “But I said, ‘Maybe it’s just the show, it’s been a lot coming off of the show.’ So I gave grace with that. And I think over time I just realized his heart just wasn’t in it anymore.”

Despite their split, the aspiring physician assistant reaffirmed that she “absolutely” has no regrets about proposing to Strader before he got down on one knee to pop the question himself.

“I proposed to a man who promised me a fulfilling life, a loving partnership and a marriage that I had always wanted. So I’m very confident in knowing that’s still what I want,” Tran expressed. “Unfortunately, he just wasn’t the man he had talked himself up to be. But I would be so lucky to find another man who would be able to fulfill those promises.”

While in Hawaii, Tran called things off with Marcus Shoberg, 32, after he was hesitant to express his love for her due to “not giving you what you need.”

Tran then chose the freight company owner.

Strader broke off their engagement in August through a 15-minute phone call while Season 21 was still airing.

“He basically said that he didn’t love me anymore and didn’t feel the same way,” Tran told host Jesse Palmer on Wednesday night’s “After the Final Rose,” noting that “he denied ever being in love.”

Tran’s mom cried in the audience while the influencer told Palmer, 45, that Strader refused couple’s counseling and “didn’t want to fight for the relationship anymore.”

Strader then joined Tran and Palmer onstage to detail his side of the story.

“I failed you, but everything I felt for you was real,” he maintained. Strader also noted he had “a lot of doubts” throughout their two-month engagement and claimed he was transparent about those fears.

But Tran disagreed with his assessment and pushed back on just how honest he truly was, to which Strader confessed, “I was regretfully late on letting you know. You are 100% right.”
