I’ve been shopping at Costco for my household of two for over 20 years. Though I don’t have a large family to feed, I pay for the store’s executive membership, which has a 2% reward of up to $1,250 on qualified purchases.

Compared to other grocery stores in my area, Costco offers the best value for high-quality frozen products, including meat, seafood, and vegetables. In fact, the retailer is my go-to store for keeping my freezer stocked and my meal planning easy.

My diet includes a lot of fish, and in my opinion, the frozen-salmon products at Costco are excellent. I especially like the farm-raised Atlantic salmon for its consistent flavor and versatility.

I use the filets in various recipes, from salmon cakes to Scandinavian seafood soup. However, they’re also wonderful when simply seared and served with a starch and vegetables.
