Jonas Brothers reveal Buzz Aldrin ‘refused’ to take a picture with them when they met

Buzz Aldrin is not a “Sucker” for the Jonas Brothers.

The boy band appeared on last week’s episode of “Last Meal” from Josh Scherer’s “Mythical Kitchen” YouTube series and recalled their awkward first interaction with the astronaut in Sept. 2017.

“He refused to take a picture with me,” Joe Jonas said about Aldrin, 95.

“It’s true.” Kevin Jonas added.

Joe, 35, explained: “Somebody came up to him and said, ‘You should probably take a picture with them.’ So we did get the photo.”

“Originally, I was like, ‘Excuse me, can I take a picture?’ He’s like, ‘No!’” the “Cake by the Ocean” singer recounted. “By the way, we were on the sidelines of a Cowboys football game. You would say yes in that situation.”

Aldrin shared a picture with the three brothers to X (formerly Twitter) at the time, writing, “I met the Jonas Brothers at the @dallascowboys game. Apparently they’re hot stuff because my Mission Director @Buzzs_xtina said so.”

On the podcast, Scherer, 33, joked, “If anyone’s earned the right to be a d-ck, it’s kind of Buzz Aldrin.”

“The man on the moon,” Joe said. “Yes.”

Kevin noted that the Jonas Brothers are being inducted into the New Jersey Hall of Fame like Aldrin was in 2008.

“They could actually take it away from us,” Kevin joked, as Joe interjected, “Hopefully Buzz Aldrin is not on the board.”

“Maybe he is,” Kevin added.

The Post has reached out to Aldrin’s rep for comment.
